Where are our servers?
NuCorder has servers in several regions around the world, with the main infrastructure based in metropolitan France — so if you're in France or nearby, you'll get the best audio quality and lowest latency.

Keep in mind that connection quality can vary depending on where exactly you are and who your internet provider is.
My country isn't on the list — can I still use NuCorder?
You're not blocked from using NuCorder just because your country isn't listed. You can try it out for free in a dedicated test room to see how the audio quality and latency feel before committing to a subscription.
Want your country to be officially supported?
We're constantly working on adding new server locations around the world — but we need local testing partners to make sure everything sounds great. If you're interested, reach out to our support team and let us know where you're based and what you'd use NuCorder for (band rehearsals, music lessons, etc.).
